On Wednesday 12th of July 2023, Ms. Neera Dukhi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana attended the reception on the occasion of the National Day of France which was held by H.E. Mrs. Clarie Le Flécher, Ambassador of France.
